In 2019, Bremont became the official partner of the Ministry of Defence thanks to the projects it has worked on for Her Majesty's Armed Forces over the years. It is, perhaps, the most significant achievement in the watchmaker's history, and this CuSn8 bronze 'Broadsword' model is designed to mark the occasion. Eagle-eyed collectors will notice the resemblance it holds to 'Dirty Dozen' timepieces issued to military personnel in World War Two. The numerals, 'HMAC' marking, Super-LumiNova® coating and position of the sub-seconds counter on the dial are a tribute to the original. Inside the two-piece case is a chronometer-rated modified automatic movement and on the back, you'll find the heraldic badges of the Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force.
