Montblanc's '1858 Iced Sea' watch is inspired by a climb through the Chamonix Valley to the Mer de Glace glacial lake on Mont-Blanc Massif, from which the brand takes its name. Using a time-honoured gratte-boisé technique, which takes four times as long to perfect, it's centred by a 'Glacier' dial that captures the depth of the mountain ice. The case is made from stainless steel and the MB 24.17 movement is a Swiss-built automatic. We offer a two-year warranty for all working parts and manufacturing faults for luxury watches.
