The Pulsograph complication was used by doctors to measure a patient's heart rate, while the indications at three, six and nine minutes nod to a time when payphones kept track of the length of a call. It's crafted from polished 18-karat rose gold, secures with an alligator strap and is powered by an MB M13.21 Manufacture Monopusher Calibre with a column-wheel chronograph that you can see through the exhibition case back.
