Handmade in Italy, the Marostica silhouette is cut lower than the mid top, maintaining the hiking inspired details in the durable D-ring lacing and gusseted leather tongue. A latex padding helps to keep water from penetrating the top of the shoe, ensuring a comfortable fit even in the more inclement of situations. The Kudu leather used to produce the Fontesi has been left with its natural, uneven and scared surface. Diemme believe this irregular quality is in fact the beauty of using such a natural material.
