The PAM 368 is a wonderful example of that rare beast in Panerai legend: the left-handed Luminor. Confusingly, Panerai calls these watches “destro”—Italian for “right”. That's because the watch is designed to be worn on the right hand, hence placing the crown on the left. If you're not a Panerai expert, it might take you a second or two to notice that there's even anything different, as almost all the other elements of the handsome Luminor design are present and correct: big, cushion 1950-style case, dome-like crown guard, retro dial and a gorgeous leather strap to match. The watch has an 8-day power reserve thanks to its in-house movement, and is a limited edition made in just 1,000 numbered pieces.
