Up until 1993, Panerai sold watches exclusively to the military, and the Italian Navy asked the brand to make a waterproof watch for its underwater missions, laying the foundation for the first Submersible watch in 1998. This reference is built from solid Carbotech™ and is comprised of a 42mm case decked at the side in the watchmaker's signature crown-protecting bridge. It's powered by a Swiss-made calibre P.900 automatic mechanical movement with a lofty three-day power reserve. The dial is treated with luminous markers that glow at night, and the back is laser-engraved with 'Divers Professional' decal. We offer a two-year warranty for all working parts and manufacturing faults for luxury watches. For more information, contact one of our experts by emailing watches@mrporter.com
