With ties to the Downtown LA flea market scene, Jon Yuan founded Bonnie Clyde on his knowledge of vintage, playful eyewear and penchant for high quality material. These black Karate sunglasses from the label’s latest release are made from premium Italian plant-based cellulose acetate - widely noted for its lightweight strength and flexibility – with slightly extended nose pads and curved temples which provide a comfortable fit for every face. The retro chunky frames show off a boxy, rectangular shape but most importantly, the blue-tinted lenses offer 100% protection from UVA/UVB rays, as well as maximum glare reduction. To finish, this hangover-friendly pair is stamped with a ‘DON’T LOOK AT ME’ memo at the temple.
