Vans Vault x Cali Thornhill DeWitt UA SK8-Hi VLT LX

The SK8-Hi LX is a Vans Vault staple and this season it's reimagined by fellow Californian - Cali Thornhill DeWitt. All the classic hallmarks are present – durable rubber sole unit, padded collars and that all-important branded tag on the heel – with a few subtle twists. The uppers are made from pink cotton canvas and detailed with earth and open casket graphics – a nod to the artist’s cultural concerns about society – which is then overlaid with premium cream suede panels across the heel and toe. To complete the imaginative look, the brand’s signature wave motif appears in leather at the sidewalls and pairs with the illusive “Doomsday Foreplay” embroidery on the collars.
