Hand-assembled from aerospace-grade aluminium, this 'Ratio Eight' model utilises an algorithm that mirrors a manual pourover method and automatically determines the amount of water in the tank, adjusting the brewing time accordingly, whether you're filling up a cup or carafe. It even has a bloom cycle, which is when hot water is poured over fresh roasted coffee, creating a bubbly interaction.
