Simple yet instantly recognisable, the adidas Stan Smith is one of the brands most heralded designs. Originally named the 'Haillet', the shoe was later endorsed by American tennis player Stan Smith in 1971. Distinctive for two reasons; the perforated three stripes and Smith's illustrated portrait to the tongue; the shoe is constructed with leather uppers, finished with a branded midsole and trefoil heel tab with a Stan Smith decal.
