The Jumbo coat is from the FW22 Strobe collection by Rick Owens. It's made in Italy from quilted parachute nylon with ribbed wool cuffs and down fill. The full-zip front allows it to be closed all the way through the hood to cover the face, so it has four eyelets for ventilation.
