By Japan + Aola's sharing plate has been hand-carved from Japanese horse chestnut by artisans in Tokushima. The blue dégradé design is created using 'awa ai', a locally sourced indigo from the town of Aizumi on Shikoku island, one of the most famous producers of the dye. Use yours to serve sashimi or as a home for your sake carafe and glasses set.
