The Daylight story began in 1996 when the legend that is Sylvester “Sly” Stallone wore a unique Panerai timepiece in the Hollywood disaster thriller “Daylight”. Stallone later partnered with Panerai to create a number of new “Slytech” models based on the brand's existing designs. One of these became known as the Luminor Daylight, and has since become an important Panerai model independent of the Slytech moniker. This example is notable for its blue dial, a variant not often found on Daylight watches (despite the name!). The watch also has a gorgeous brushed titanium case and tachymeter bezel.
