Once renowned for its glass figurines, Ichendorf Milano has spent the last few years cultivating a name as a leader in cutting-edge hand-blown glass tableware. For Wallpaper's Handmade 2016 collection the brand teamed up with JenkinsandUhnger. The collaboration between designers Thomas Jenkins and Sverre Uhnger aimed to create a glassware collection that focuses on the ritual of decanting tea or coffee into a cup. Blown from clear glass, the Coffee Cup Set of four tumblers incorporates negative space between inner and outer layers. The versatile aesthetic merges a pleasing design and a practical purpose, keeping each tumbler's exterior cool to the touch.
