Nonnative

Nonnative was founded in Tokyo in 1999 by Satoshi Saffen, and Takayuki Fujii, who joined as creative director in 2001, has shaped it ever since. Based in Nakameguro, where its Vendor store is the flagship, the label refines military, outdoor and workwear staples into clean, functional everyday clothes in technical and hard-wearing fabrics, with collaborations along the way such as Gregory backpacks.
