La Detresse is the Los Angeles label founded in 2017 by Alana Hadid and Emily Perlstein after a shared hunt for the perfect denim jacket. Its hand-dyed knits, denim and casual pieces fuse vintage, androgyny and California ease with a wink of tie-dye irreverence.
