Now-married business tandem Molly Goddard and Joel Jeffery's foray into fashion placed priority on two things: communication, and Sundays. Meeting in Canada and flying to opposite ends of the globe, both relied on the saving grace of social media and a dedicated day in the week to make a connection, which led to the birth of luxury pajama label Desmond & Dempsey. Founded in London, the husband-and-wife duo came about the idea when Goddard borrowed (and spilled coffee on) one too many of Jeffery's shirts, and the latter decided that she buy her own. Now with a rich selection of pieces colored with hand-painted patterns and premium cotton, Desmond & Dempsey translates ease and comfort with stylish intention.
