Crocs was founded in 2002 by Scott Seamans, Lyndon "Duke" Hanson, and George Boedecker, Jr. to produce and distribute a foam clog. The company's products are sold in more than 90 countries and have generated over $1 billion in annual sales. Crocs was named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute in 2010 and 2012.
