Diadora

Marcello Danieli founded Diadora in 1948 in Caerano di San Marco, in the boot-making foothills of the Veneto, and made mountain and work boots before sport took over. Björn Borg played in its tennis shoes and Roberto Baggio in its football boots, and that archive now feeds the Heritage line of retro sneakers. The Moretti Polegato family, founders of Geox, has owned the company since 2009.
