At the hands of the former Brand Director of Supreme, Awake NY has become New York personified. Drawing inspiration from the city itself, Angelo Baque molded the brand into a staple of urban streetwear. With key visuals that are reminiscent of vintage hip hop pieces and motifs found in the early nineties, Baque utilizes both novel and classic iconography to finely execute well-placed graphics. With a long list of high-profile collaborations with brands such as ASICS and Reebok, Awake NY embodies the interesting, lively, vibrant city that is New York.
