Hot on the heels of creating the first mechanical depth gauge in an affordable wristwatch, Oris unveiled this extraordinary timepiece in 2014 – it's the first automatic mechanical watch with an altimeter, continuing the brand's commitment to innovation in the pursuit of useful complications. The watch's movement sits atop an aneroid capsule that expands and contracts according to barometric air pressure (but only when the 4 o'clock crown is unscrewed revealing the red ring that indicates air can enter the system). This in turn moves the display for both altitude and pressure.

This Oris has undergone a thorough inspection of water resistance, accuracy, functionality and condition to determine the level of reconditioning required to meet our strict standards. It has also been referenced against technical documents and manufacturer records where available to ensure authenticity and a clean history.
